But despite the great service they are offering, there are some inevitable glitches users encounter when trying to access QuizStar such as inaccessible login buttons and links and faulty login pages. Here are the steps to follow to login:

Start by filling in the first text field with your Username. Make sure you are inputting your Username correctly and with no typos to avoid any errors that will delay you from accessing your account.
- After filling in the first text field, move on to the next one and input your Password onto it. Make sure you are inputting your password correctly and with no typos to avoid any errors that will delay you from accessing your account.
- Lastly, when all of the text fields are already filled, click the Submit button.
Encountered a login roadblock? Reset your login credentials:
- First, make sure your browser is compatible with QuizStar. The web browser supported by QuizStar are: For PC: MS Internet Explorer versions 6.0 and above and Firefox v1.5 and above. For Mac: Firefox v1.5 and above and Safari v1.5 and above.
- Once the browser is secured to be supporting QuizStar, find the colored-green login section. Fill in again the necessary text fields.
- Fill in the Username text field and Password text field. Make sure you do not commit any typos. Double check if you are doing it correctly.
- Lastly, click Submit to access your account.
Nota bene: For returning Students who are having a hard time accessing their account because of login problems you may apply the instructions to reset your login credentials we have provided but the best remedy you may avail is to ask your Instructor for your password. QuizStar is not allowed to give out passwords because of security reasons.
